BAM Pest Management will be conducting pest control treatments throughout the Chaussy building. In addition to common area treatments, residents are invited to book a private pest control service for their unit.
📋 Service Details – $140 GST InclusiveThe service includes:✅ 12-month warranty for ants, cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish (inside treatment).✅ Internal spray (skirting boards, window sills, balconies).✅ External high-pressure spray (walls, pathways, edges).✅ Cockroach gel applied inside kitchen cabinets.✅ Dusting treatment behind electricals and furniture.
